Hans Melotte joined the Audit and Enterprise Risk Committee and Human Resources and Compensation Committee.
The company also announced that Jim Lee will resign from the board in connection with his departure from PepsiCo, effective immediately.

He most recently held executive roles at Starbucks, including President of Starbucks’ Global Channel Development business.
