– IRELAND, Dublin – C&C Group plc (LON: CCR) today announced the appointment of current Non-Executive Director Chris Browne OBE as Senior Independent Director effective from 15 February 2024, succeeding Vincent Crowley who is stepping down from his role as Senior Independent Director, and will step down from the Board at the 2024 AGM on 11 July 2024.
