– USA, IA – Casey’s General Stores, Inc., (Nasdaq: CASY) today announced the election of President, CEO Darren Rebelez to the additional role of Board Chair, effective June 2, 2023, succeeding Lynn Horak as Board Chair who is retiring from the Board on September 6, 2023.
The Company also announced the election of Board member Judy Schmeling to the role of Lead Independent Director.
