– UK, Carlisle – Carr’s Group plc (LON: CARR), the Agriculture and Engineering Group, today announced the appointment of Fiona Rodford to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director from 20 February 2024.
“I am delighted that Fiona is joining us; her deep experience of transformational change and business simplification will be greatly valued by the Board as we drive the implementation of our strategy.” said Board Chairman, Tim Jones.
Fiona Rodford will also join the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

Fiona Rodford brings many years of experience as a CPO working within large global businesses, including BAA, Alliance & Leicester, Thomas Cook, and Booker. She now works alongside Boards and CEOs helping diagnose business strategy requirements and assisting in their delivery.
Fiona Rodford is Deputy Chair of Pilotlight, a member of the Remuneration and Appointments Committee of the Recruitment and Employment Council, Vice Chair of Zenova Group plc, and head of its Remuneration Committee and was a Board member and Nomination Committee member of KidsOut.
