John Jureller will also join the Audit Committee as Chair.

He has played an instrumental role in growth capitalizations and strategic transactions for small and micro-cap companies. John Jureller holds an M.B.A. in Finance from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and a B.S. with Distinction from Cornell University.
