Upon the departure of Nicholas Sokolow on January 31, 2025, Gianmaria Delzanno will assume the role of Lead Independent Director, Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee, and member of the Audit and Compensation Committees.
About Gianmaria Delzanno
Gianmaria Delzanno is a veteran finance executive with over 40 years of experience in domestic and international M&A, corporate financing, debt and equity offerings, and private equity. Since 1996, he has served as President of Delzanno & Co. Inc., a firm he founded, advising domestic and international publicly traded and privately held companies in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, restructuring, and valuation services. Previously, he worked at Schroder Wertheim & Co., where he was Director of the Industrial Manufacturing Group, and at S.G. Warburg & Co., as Manager and Corporate Finance Analyst.
Gianmaria Delzanno has served on various boards, including Tempel Steel Company, Transfer Rapid Corporation, and Ansaldo Sistemi Industriali, as well as non-profit boards such as the Teatro alla Scala Foundation, USA.
He holds an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and Economics from Brown University.
