About Michael Kaseta
Michael Kaseta is currently the CFO of Liquidia Corporation, a position he has held since 2020. Previously, he served as CFO of Aerami Therapeutics, Inc., a privately held biotech focused on the development of improved therapies for the treatment of severe respiratory diseases, including pulmonary arterial hypertension. He spent several years at specialty pharmaceutical company Aralez Pharmaceuticals in roles of increasing responsibility, including Corporate Controller, Head of Finance, and CFO. Before joining Aralez, Michael held various positions at global biopharmaceutical company Sanofi S.A., including Director of Technical Accounting, VP of Financial Shared Services, VP of Sanofi NA Pharma Controlling, and CFO of Sanofi North America, Global Services. Michael also serves on the Board of Directors of Alimera Sciences, Inc.
He earned a BBA in accounting from James Madison University and is a licensed CPA in New Jersey.
