– UK, London – British American Tobacco PLC (LON: BATS) today announced the appointment of current Non-Executive Director Holly Keller Koeppel as the next Senior Independent Director, to succeed Sue Farr who will step down from the Board from the AGM on 24 April 2024.
Holly Keller Koeppel has been a Non-Executive Director of the Company since July 2017 and she is currently Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nominations Committee.
The company also announced that Dimitri Panayotopoulos will also step down from the Board from the AGM on 24 April 2024
