– UK, Breedon on the Hill – Breedon Group PLC (LON: BREE) today announced the appointment of Rob Wood as CEO and the appointment of James Brotherton to the board of directors as CFO.
The company also confirmed that Helen Miles has joined the board as an independent non-executive Director and will sit on the Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees.
