– UK, London – BP p.l.c. (LON: BP) today announced the appointment of current Non-Executive Director Dame Amanda Blanc as Senior Independent Director effective from the AGM on 25 April 2024, concurrently with the retirements from the Board of Paula Reynolds and Sir John Sawers.
Dame Amanda joined the board on 1 September 2022 and is a member of the People and Governance Committee and Remuneration Committee.
