About Brian Brooks
Brian Brooks joins BitGo’s Board with a distinguished career spanning finance, regulation, and digital assets. He is Chairman and CEO of Meridian Capital Group and serves on the Board of Directors of Strategy Inc. (NASDAQ: MSTR).
Brian Brooks held leadership roles as Acting Comptroller of the Currency, CEO of Binance.US and Bitfury Group, and Chief Legal Officer of Coinbase, alongside senior legal and regulatory positions in banking and government.
Brian Brooks holds an A.B. cum laude in Government from Harvard University and a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School.
About Sunita Parasuraman
Sunita Parasuraman serves as Audit Committee Chair of IREN Limited (NASDAQ: IREN) and as a member of the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and Technology and Cyber Risk Committee of The Baldwin Group (NASDAQ: BWIN).
Sunita Parasuraman led Meta’s Treasury and blockchain initiatives, including the Libra/Diem digital stablecoin, and has held senior financial roles at VMware, Genentech, Apple, and Bloomberg.
Sunita Parasuraman holds a B.Tech. in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, an M.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Justin Evans serves as CFO at KiwiCo, Inc. Before joining KiwiCo, he was a Managing Director and Co-Head of Digital Asset Investment Banking at Goldman Sachs, with earlier roles at Barclays, J.P. Morgan, and Belvedere Capital Partners.
