– UK, London – Benchmark Holdings plc (LON: IPX) today announced the appointment of Jonathan Esfandi to its Board as a Non-Executive Director and shareholder representative of JNE Partners LLP.

The company also announced that Laura Lavers will retire from the Board effective immediately.
