About Carolyn Johnson
Carolyn Johnson has worked for over 40 years in the insurance industry with extensive executive leadership experience, with a particular focus on the US. In her last executive management role, Carolyn was Chief Transformation Officer at AIG where she successfully led an ambitious modernization programme. She stood down from this role in 2020 to concentrate on building her non-executive portfolio. Carolyn Johnson is currently serving on the Board of Legal & General Group plc and is a member of their audit, risk, and nominations committees. She also serves on the Board of Kuvare, a private insurance holding and asset management company.
