Battelle welcomes Tim Ryan to its Board of Directors

– USA, OH –  Battelle announced the election of Tim Ryan to its Board of Directors, effective immediately.

About Tim Ryan

Since joining Citi in June 2024, Tim Ryan has led both the firm’s Technology and Legacy Franchise teams, driving cross-firm process simplification and modernization. He also serves as a member of Citi’s Executive Management Team.

His previous leadership experience includes serving for two consecutive four-year terms from 2016 to 2024 as the Senior Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, overseeing the firm’s strategy and execution as well as the activities of PwC’s 75,000 people. During his nearly 40-year career at PwC, Tim Ryan was instrumental in driving operational and cultural excellence for the firm. Under his leadership, PwC underwent a meaningful digital and workforce transformation, resulting in a significantly stronger balance sheet and remarkable business growth.

Tim Ryan is a certified public accountant in Massachusetts and New York and a graduate of Babson College. He serves on the Board of the Brookings Institute and just recently completed a five-year term on the Trustees of the Financial Accounting Foundation.
