– USA, WA – Barrett Business Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: BBSI), a leading provider of business management solutions, today announced the retirement of Michael Elich as CEO and from the Board of Directors. Mr. Elich joined BBSI in 2001 and was appointed as CEO in 2011.
As part of the succession and transition process under discussion for several months, current CFO Gary Kramer has been appointed CEO and Anthony Harris, current Executive Director of Accounting and Finance and Controller, has been appointed CFO.
