– UK – The Bankers Investment Trust PLC is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr David Wild as a non-executive director to the Board with effect from the Board Meeting immediately prior to the Annual General Meeting on 26 February 2014, when he will be seeking appointment by shareholders.
