– UK, London – BAE Systems plc (LON: BA) today announced the appointment of Nicole Piasecki as Senior Independent Director effective from 1 January 2024, to succeed Chris Grigg who will retire from the Board on on 31 December 2023.

His commercial acumen, operational perspective and financial understanding have been hugely valuable to the company throughout his long tenure, and will be missed.” said Board Chair, Cressida Hogg.
