Axelera AI appoints Inder Singh to its Board of Directors

– NETHERLANDS, Eindhoven –  Axelera AI, provider of the world’s most powerful and advanced solutions for AI at the Edge, today announced the appointment of Inder Singh to its Board of Directors effective immediately.

Inder Singh will also join the audit committee as its Chair.

About Inder Singh

Inder Singh most recently served as CFO of Arm for nearly four years, where he held full financial leadership of Arm’s global finance function including controllership, reporting, audit, taxation, treasury, FP&A, business partnering, strategy, corporate development, analytics, as well as its operations, procurement, IT and CISO teams.

Prior to Arm, Singh was SVP and CFO at Unisys, where he led all finance functions including controllership, treasury, taxes, investor relations, M&A, and corporate strategy. Singh also held Executive leadership roles at SunTrust Bank, Comcast Corporation, Cisco Systems, and AT&T/Lucent Technologies.

He holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in engineering from Columbia University’s School of Engineering and Applied Science. He also holds an MBA in Finance from New York University’s Stern School of Business. Singh serves on the Board of Directors of Affinity Federal Credit Union, and on the Boards of Directors of two NYSE-listed companies, Wiley and IonQ.
