– UK, Melksham – Avon Protection plc (LON: AVON) today announced the appointment of Maggie Brereton to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director effective from 1 April 2024.
Maggie Brereton will also join the Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees.
The company also announced the appointment of current Board member Chloe Ponsonby as Senior Independent Director to replace Chloe Ponsonby who will stand down from the Board on 31 March 2024.
About Maggie Brereton
Maggie Brereton is Co-founder and CEO of EOS, a specialist provider of deal advisory services. Before founding EOS, she was Head of UK Transaction Services at KPMG where she also served as a Board member, chairing the Audit Committee and sitting on the Risk and Remuneration Committees.
Maggie Brereton brings over 20 years of experience working on complex transactions and business transformation programs for both private equity and corporate clients. She also brings significant experience in the industrial sector including aerospace and defence.
