– UK, Cambridge – AVEVA Group plc (LON: AVV) today announced the appointment of Anne Stevens to its Board as an Independent Non-Executive Director from 1 May 2022.
“We are delighted to welcome Anne to the Board and the Remuneration and Audit Committees. Her broad international expertise and wealth of industry knowledge will strengthen the Board and Committees’ range of skills and expertise.” said Board Chairman, Philip Aiken.
Anne will also join the Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.
Jennifer Allerton will step down as a Non-Executive Director at the 2022 AGM.
About Anne Stevens
Anne Stevens was Chief Executive of GKN plc from January 2018 to April 2018, having formerly been a Non-Executive Director. She was formerly Chairman and CEO of SA IT Services from 2011 until her retirement in December 2014. From 2006 to 2009, Anne was Chairman and CEO of Carpenter Technology Corporation. Before this, she was COO for the Americas at Ford Motor Company until 2006, the culmination of her 16-year career with the company. Her early career was spent at Exxon Corporation, where she held roles in engineering, product development, and sales and marketing. Anne is also a former Non-Executive Director of Lockheed Martin Corporation and XL Group.
