Mark Taylor has also joined the Audit Committee as its Chair.

Mark Taylor is a highly experienced chartered accountant and a member of the ICAEW. He has worked in the accountancy profession throughout his career, at KPMG, Baker Tilly, and ultimately for 19 years as a partner in Grant Thornton, before retiring in 2019. He was an audit and transaction support partner specializing in due diligence in his final eight years with Grant Thornton. Mark’s experience covers many sectors including the automotive supply chain. He has also served as a non-executive director and chair of the audit and remuneration committee of Tandem Group plc since 2019.
