Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group appoints Andrew Murdoch to its Board

– UK, London – Aukett Fitzroy Robinson Group Plc, the international group of architects and interior designers, is pleased to announce that Andrew Murdoch, a qualified and registered architect joins the board today. Andrew is a senior director in the group’s UK operation and has a substantial shareholding in the company. He joined the practice in 1984 and was Chairman of Fitzroy Robinson in the 1990’s. He is architect to a number of significant buildings in London’s West End and the UK regions, and has a strong and enduring client following.

This board change is part of the group’s strategy to focus on increasing its market share in the UK and to balance the board between architectural and non-architectural directors.

Andrew Murdoch currently holds 13,478,486 ordinary shares amounting to 9.3% of the company’s issued share capital.
