– USA, MI – Aspen Surgical Products, Inc., a leader in surgical disposable products, has appointed Jason Krieser as their new CEO.
Over the past seven months, as interim CEO, Jason has led Aspen through the successful carve-out from Hillrom as well as the acquisition of Beatty Sales & Marketing LLP. In his new role, Jason will continue leading the global strategic direction, mission, and vision for Aspen.
“Aspen’s culture has been constructed around a core of continuous improvement in our commitment to bring increasing value to our customers, and Jason has proven to be an outstanding complement given his innate focus on customers and relationships as well as his deep industry experience,” said Aspen CFO, Greg Muller.
“Specifically, Jason’s thought leadership and guidance has proven instrumental as we transition to this new stage within Aspen’s life cycle, and we’re thrilled to have him continue to lead the organization as we navigate the path ahead,” he added.
About Jason Krieser
As a seasoned executive, Jason brings very impressive leadership experience and orthopedic market knowledge to Aspen with previous roles in sales, marketing, and research & development at companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Smith & Nephew, and Allen Medical Systems. In his most recent role as Vice President and General Manager of Allen, Jason grew the business to more than double its size in revenue, while also expanding their product focus in the segments of hip and spine. During his tenure, Allen became a leading player in both the spine table and the patient positioning accessory product categories.
Jason is on a path to grow the Aspen business in a meaningful way through acquisition, product line extensions, and new channel development.

Jason graduated with his BS in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and he received his MBA at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX. He also served as a chemical officer in the 1-67 armored battalion in the U.S. Army.
