ASOS announxes Marie Gulin-Merle to join its Board as Non-Executive Director

– UK, London –  ASOS Plc (LON: ASC) today announced the appointment of Marie Gulin-Merle to its Board as a Non-Executive Director, effective on 1st February 2023.

“On behalf of the Board, I want to welcome Marie to ASOS. Marie joins us with a depth of relevant industry knowledge across international eCommerce, marketing, beauty and brands. The Board will greatly benefit from Marie’s expertise, and we look forward to working closely with her.” said Board Chairman, Jørgen Lindemann.

Marie will also join the Remuneration Committee.

Marie has more than 20 years of experience in marketing and digital transformation, working in technology, beauty, and fashion. She is currently Google’s Global VP of Ads Marketing, based in New York, leading all marketing activities for Google’s Ads business. Previously Marie held various executive positions such as CMO of Calvin Klein, CDO of PVH, and Group CMO of L’Oreal USA.
