– UK, Winchester – Arqiva Financing PLC (LON: 20CA) today announced the appointment of Board member Mike Darcey as Chairman of the Board of Directors effective 01 February 2023, replacing Mike Parton who retired from the Board.

The Company also confirms the following directorate changes:
- The appointment of Max Fieguth as a director of the Company, to replace Christian Seymour who is also retiring.
- The appointment of Matthew Postgate and Arnaud Jaguin as directors of the Company.
- The resignation of Sally Davis as a director of the Company, effective 31 January 2023
- The appointment of Scott Longhurst as a director of the Company, effective 01 February 2023.
