– USA, MD – Argan, Inc. (NYSE: AGX) today announced the appointment of David Watson to its Board of Directors as President and CEO, succeeding Rainer Bosselmann, Founder, Chairman, and CEO who retired effective August 16, 2022.
Additionally, current Board member Bill Leimkuhler has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors.
