About Lyndon Hsu
Lyndon Hsu has extensive experience in investment banking, including mergers and acquisitions. Throughout his career, he has advised on transactions exceeding $1 trillion (USD) in value and has established himself as a trusted advisor to several world-leading corporations and investors. He has held senior leadership roles at global financial institutions, including Standard Chartered (where he was the Global Head of Leveraged and Structured Solutions), HSBC (head of Leverage and Acquisition Financing – Asia Pacific region), Credit Suisse, and ANZ Banking Group. As a former Managing Director and Global Head of Leveraged and Structured Solutions at Standard Chartered, Lyndon Hsu has spearheaded multibillion-dollar transactions across key global markets and closed over $500 billion (USD) in corporate finance enterprise value transactions.
In addition, he is an entrepreneur and investor with significant experience in the gaming industry, bringing 30 years of experience in sports gaming, including 20 years as co-chairman of the Victorian Bookmakers’ Association. He was also the founding chairman and board member of BetCloud Pty Ltd, Melbourne, Australia, a wagering and data science company in Melbourne. Mr. Hsu holds a BEc (Hons) from La Trobe University (Australia) and an M.Com (Finance) from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
