– CANADA, Toronto – Apollo Healthcare Corp. (TSX: AHC) today announced that Charles Wachsberg has agreed to assume the role as Chair of the Board of Directors succeeding Stan Bharti who has stepped down from the Board.
The Company also announced the appointment of Andrew Schachter, Founder and CEO of Axiom Real-Time Metrics Inc. to its Board of Directors, as Lead Independent Director effective immediately.
