– GUERNSEY, St. Peter Port – Apax Global Alpha Limited (LON: APAX) announced the appointment of Nadya Wells to its Board as a non-executive Director
With effect from 12 June 2025.
Nadya Wells will also join the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Management Engagement Committee.
