– UK, London – Antofagasta plc (LON: ANTO) today announced the appointment of current Non-Executive Director Francisca Castro as Senior Independent Director effective from 8 August 2023, succeeding Tony Jensen who will continue to serve as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, and as a member of the Nomination and Governance Committee and Remuneration and Talent Management Committee.
Francisca Castro is the Chair of the Remuneration and Talent Management Committee and a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and Nomination and Governance Committee.
