– UK, Worksop – Anpario PLC (LON: ANP), the independent manufacturer of natural sustainable animal feed additives for health, nutrition, and biosecurity today announced that Kate Allum will take over as Non-Executive Chairman from 17th June 2021, succeeding Peter Lawrence who will retire as Non-Executive Chairman at the AGM and will leave the Group on 17th June 2021.
The company also announced that Matthew Robinson takes over with immediate effect as Senior Independent Director from Richard Wood who retired from the Board on 31 March 2021.
Both Kate and Matthew were recently appointed as Non-Executive Directors of Anpario and bring considerable senior executive and Non-Executive experience of publicly listed companies.
Peter Lawrence, Chairman commented: “We are pleased to announce these appointments which conclude our current Board succession plan and demonstrates our commitment to strong corporate governance. I look forward with confidence to handing over to Kate in June.”
