Mr. Frank is the CEO of Turning Technologies. Before joining Turning Technologies, Mr. Frank was the CEO of Kibo Software from January 2016 to December 2018 and President and COO of Aptean Software from October 2011 to December 2015.

Before his role at Aptean, Mr. Frank held several executive positions at Alcatel-Lucent. He began his career at AT&T Bell Laboratories in 1989 and has held leadership positions at BellSouth Telecommunications, Broadband Office, and Masergy Communications.

Mr. Frank is a director of Egenera, Inc. and was previously a director of Kibo Commerce and Eyecast.
