– IRELAND, Dublin – Allegion plc (NYSE: ALLE), a leading global security products and solutions provider, announced the election of Lauren Peters as its next Board Chair, effective Sept. 11, 2024, to succeed Kirk Hachigian who is retiring from the Board at the end of his term in June 2025.
Lauren Peters has served as a member of Allegion’s Board since 2021.
