About Shawn Guertin
Shawn Guertin is the former EVP and CFO of CVS Health. He has built a distinguished career in the insurance and health care sectors, most recently at CVS Health, where he played a vital role in driving improved profitability and the development of the company’s value-based care strategy. Before that, he served as EVP, CFO, and chief enterprise risk officer at Aetna, where he oversaw all financial aspects of the business, including treasury, controller, and actuarial and risk management.
About Dr. Joneigh S. Khaldun
Dr. Khaldun currently serves as President and CEO of the Public Health Accreditation Board. A board-certified practicing emergency medicine physician, Dr. Khaldun has extensive experience across health care, government, academia, and corporate sectors. As the former chief deputy director for Michigan’s Department of Health and Human Services, she oversaw Medicaid, behavioral health, and public health, and is credited with leading the state’s COVID-19 response. She is an elected member of the National Academy of Medicine and currently leads the Public Health Accreditation Board, the sole national accrediting body for governmental public health.
