– USA, NV- Affinity Gaming announced that yesterday its Board of Directors met and appointed Richard S. Parisi as its new Chairman, succeeding Don R. Kornstein. Mr. Parisi, a senior investment professional with Silver Point Capital – Affinity’s second-largest stockholder – was elected to the Board at Affinity’s 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders on May 14, 2013. Mr. Kornstein will remain a member of the Board.
