Aegon announces Jack McGarry to join its Supervisory Board

– NETHERLANDS, The Hague –  Aegon (AEX: AGN) today announced the upcoming appointment of Jack McGarry to its Supervisory Board. The proposal has been approved by the Dutch Central Bank and will be submitted for approval to shareholders at the 2021 Annual General Meeting. Until then, he will attend the Supervisory Board meetings as an observer.

Jack McGarry has extensive experience in the US insurance industry, most recently as CFO Unum Group, an NYSE-listed provider of workplace financial protection benefits.
