– UK, London – Acuity RM Group plc (LON: ACRM) today announced the appointment of the current COO of Acuity, Kerry Chambers, to the Board of Directors as CEO effective on 3 July 2023, to succeed Simon Marvell, who will retire.
Simon Marvell will continue as a non-executive director of Acuity.
About Kerry Chambers
Kerry Chambers joined Acuity in April 2021 as Commercial Director before being promoted to Acuity’s COO in April 2023. She has been responsible for all sales, marketing, and related activities. In her time marketing has been brought in-house, a new sales team recruited, and a new strategic plan with a partnership program to expand in North America, which represents 45% of the world market. In the two years since Kerry joined,d all the key performance indicators have shown continuous improvement.
