– UK, London – Aberdeen New India Investment Trust PLC (LON: ANII) today announced the appointment of Rebecca Donaldson to its Board as an independent non-executive Director effective from 1 September 2020.
“The Directors are delighted to have appointed Rebecca who combines a long career in investment management and strong digital marketing expertise, underpinning our continuing commitment to improving the promotion of the Company to existing and potential shareholders,” said Board Chairman, Hasan Askari.
Rebecca Donaldson will stand for election as a Director at the Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 23 September 2020.
