– UK, Cambridge – Abcam plc (LON: ABC) today announced the appointment of Giles Kerr, who joined the Board in 2018, as Senior Independent Director with immediate effect, succeeding Lady Louise Patten who has retired from her roles as Non-Executive Director, Senior Independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
Mara Aspinall, who joined the Board in 2015, and is on the Remuneration Committee will chair the Remuneration Committee in the interim.
