– UK, London – 4imprint Group PLC (LON: FOUR) today announced the appointment of current Independent Director John Gibney as the new Senior Independent Director, succeeding Charlie John who will step down from the Board effective immediately
John Gibney joined the Board in March 2021, has been Chair of the Audit Committee since May 2021, and brings extensive listed company board experience to the role.
Concurrently, Tina Southall will succeed Charlie John as Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
Tina joined the Board in May 2019 and has been a member of the Committee since then; the breadth and depth of her experience will ensure a smooth transition.
