– JERSEY, Saint Helier – 3i Infrastructure plc (LON: 3IN) today announced the appointment of Milton Fernandes to its Board as a Non-Executive Director effective on 15 July 2024.

About Milton Fernandes
Milton Fernandes has over 20 years of experience in infrastructure investment. Until 2022 he was CFO and MD of Infracapital. Before Infracapital, Milton was CFO of Innisfree Limited, a specialist infrastructure PFI/PPP investor. He also held board positions on several portfolio companies while at Infracapital and Innisfree. After qualifying as a chartered accountant in 1986, Milton joined EY where he worked for over six years up to the Senior Manager level in the Audit and Assurance group.
Milton is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
