Xerox nominates highly qualified candidates for election to its Board of Directors

– USA, CT –  Xerox Holdings Corporation (NASDAQ: XRX) today announced the nomination of highly qualified candidates for their elections to its Board of Directors at the AGM on May 22, to bring deep technology, product, finance, and global operations experience to the Board.

“The wealth of experience and innovative perspectives these candidates will bring to Xerox will be instrumental in propelling us forward in our Reinvention. Their unique expertise and seasoned leadership will help ensure Xerox remains at the forefront of industry innovation,” said Board Chairman, Scott Letier.

The nominees are:

  • Kenny Wilson, CEO, Jabil
  • Amy Schwetz, SVP and CFO, Flowserve
  • John Roese, Global CTO, Dell Technologies
  • Ed McLaughlin, President and CTO, Mastercard
  • Priscilla Hung, former President and COO of Guidewire Software
  • Tami Erwin, former EVP and Group CEO of Verizon Business Group
  • John Bruno, President and COO, Xerox

Concurrently, Phil Giordano and Margarita Palau-Hernandez are not standing for reelection, while Steve Bandrowczak, Nichelle Maynard-Elliott, and Scott Letier have been renominated to continue to serve on the Board of Directors.
