– USA, TX –  Vida Capital, Inc., a portfolio company of RedBird Capital Partners and Reverence Capital Partners, today announced the appointment of Blair Wallace as President and CEO, succeeding Jeff Serra who will remain as Executive Chair of the Board of Directors, while current President Bill Tice will transition to an advisory role in support of the company’s special situations strategy.

Blair Wallace was recently a Partner and Portfolio Manager at Tenor Capital Management Company, L.P. Previously, Mr. Wallace was Head of Complex Solutions at Sculptor Capital Management and a Managing Director of Structured Credit. He began his career as an associate at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.
