– IRELAND, Dublin – UDG Healthcare Public Limited Co. (LSE:UDG) announced today, that in advance of Mr. Philp Toomey’s planned retirement as a Non-Executive Director at the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting, the following changes in Directors’ responsibilities, which will take effect from 1 July 2017:
- Mr. Chris Brinsmead will become the Senior Independent Director, assuming the role from Mr. Philip Toomey; and
- Ms. Nancy Miller-Rich will become a member of UDG’s Risk, Investment and Financing Committee.
