TruFin announces Steve Baldwin as next Non-Executive Chairman alongside Penny Judd as Senior Independent Director

– UK, London –  TruFin PLC (LON: TRU) today announced that Senior Independent Director Steve Baldwin has agreed to take up the role of Non-Executive Chairman with effect from the end of the forthcoming AGM on 26 June, alongside Penny Judd who will assume the role of Senior Independent Director.

It follows the decision of Henry Kenner who will not be seeking re-election to the Board and will be stepping down as Non-Executive Chairman and stepping down from all Group company Boards.

Henry was one of the founders of the TruFin Group and acted as its first CEO and Executive Chairman, before transitioning to Non-Executive Chairman in 2019.
