Matthew Fust will also join the Audit Committee as its Chair.
About Matthew Fust
For over 20 years, Mr. Fust has served as a director of private and public biopharmaceutical companies, and he currently is a director on the boards of Atara Biotherapeutics, Crinetics Pharmaceuticals, Neumora Therapeutics, and Ultragenyx Pharmaceuticals. Previously, Mr. Fust served as Chief Financial Officer for a number of biopharmaceutical companies including Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, and ALZA Corporation, and was a consultant in Andersen Consulting’s healthcare strategy practice.
