– UK, Edinburgh – Standard Life Private Equity Trust PLC (LON:SLPE) today announced that Ed Warner, the Chairman of the Company, intends to retire from the Board of the Company at close of business on Monday, 31 December 2018.
Christina McComb will be appointed as Chair, having served on the Board since 2013.
Alan Devine will replace Christina as the Company’s Senior Independent Director.
