Spruce Power announces Board member Chris Hayes as new Chair of the Board of Directors

– USA, TX –  Spruce Power (NYSE: SPRU), a leading owner and operator of distributed solar energy assets across the United States, today announced the election of current Board member Chris Hayes as the new Chair of the Board of Directors, effective January 1, 2023, succeeding Deb Frodl who retired effective December 31, 2022.

The company also announced that Sarah Sclarsic will be stepping down, from the board of directors effective December 31, 2022.
