– UK, Shirebrook – Sports Direct International PLC (LSE:SPD), is pleased to announce the appointment of David Brayshaw as a Non-Executive Director. Mr Brayshaw joins the Board and the Company’s Audit Committee with immediate effect.
David is a very experienced senior investment and commercial banker. He has over 30 years’ experience with organisations such as Barclays Capital, HSBC, Citigroup and Pilkington plc.
