– USA, AZ – SP Express, a leading national third party provider of logistics and order fulfillment services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Hans Heinsen to its Board of Directors. Mr. Heinsen has nearly 40 years of executive leadership experience in corporate finance, venture capital, and mergers and acquisitions.
Mr. Heinsen has served as CFO for a number of large international organizations and brings a proven track record of building companies into major players within their industries. He has successfully completed many financing transactions as both a banker for Chase Manhattan Bank in New York City as well as the CFO for a number of leading companies such as Solo Cup, Colins Industries, and Allied Services. As a member of the senior leadership team at these organizations, he helped build the critical mass and top line growth necessary for them to expand from regional organizations into international brands.
Mr. Heinsen’s role on the SP Express Board will be to support the company’s management team in further expanding the company’s service footprint and range of capabilities via the addition of unique new service offerings. “Third party logistics is a dynamic, large, and evolving industry that is highly fragmented,” Mr. Heinsen says. “SP Express is well positioned to fill a global need for end-to-end ecommerce service providers. That is exciting to me, and I look forward to working with the management team in further growing the SP Express business.”
